Idle Army Base is a free mobile game developed by Neon Games, the brains behind the popular Idle Tap Racing and Idle Tap Strongman games. In this game, you will be in charge of a military base that will train aspiring cadets. You will need to run and expand it to cater to its full potential. You will need to take care of various things in the camp to make sure that it is fully functional and profitable. 

What is Idle Army Base? 

Idle Army Base is a typical tycoon game. You will be in charge of an academy for aspiring cadets. The academy will be small in the beginning, and it is your job to expand it. You need to build several unique training areas, such as exercise yards to improve the cadets’ strength and endurance. You will also need artillery training grounds for operations and maintenance of heavy ranged weapons. Note, however, that your camp can only train several recruits at a time. 

Some of the cadets will have to wait their turn outside the camp. This is why you need to expand the camp fast. To grow your army base, you need to collect coins and use them to buy upgrades. You can see how much each upgrade costs by tapping the Academy button on the entrance gate. More than the coins, the app will give you boosts from time to time. However, most of the upgrades require coins. 

Players can also earn coins offline. You only need to close the app and wait a while to get coins enough to buy an upgrade. Be warned, though: earning coins will take ages for both offline and online means. Your recruit will need to complete his or her training to collect your coin. Aside from the slow earning, the app will also come with ads that you need to watch to continue playing. 

Is the game worth downloading?

All in all, Idle Army Base is just like any other idle games. The game will have players create a strategy to expand their camp in the fastest time possible. However, getting to it will not be easy as it will take ages for you to earn the coins. Moreover, since it is free, you will need to expect a lot of ads interrupting your game.
